For more than a decade and her entire legal career, Attorney Amy M. Davis has worked on behalf of folks that have been seriously injured or have lost loved ones because of someone else’s negligence. She has produced results inside and outside of the courtroom and has gained the recognition of her peers for her work on behalf of her clients.

Amy was born in Madison County, Indiana, and she graduated from Frankton Jr./Sr. High School in 2000, where she distinguished herself as both a scholar and an athlete.  After high school, Amy went on to attend Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana, where she graduated in 2005. While at Anderson, Amy played basketball, helping lead her team to their first ever NCAA tournament berth. Following college, Amy worked for the State of Indiana as a legislative liaison for the Family and Social Services Administration. It was there that she decided to further her education and go on to law school at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, where she graduated in 2010.

Outside of the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their two young daughters.  Ever the athlete, Amy enjoys hiking, yoga, and playing many sports including basketball, softball and kickball.
